There was a time in my life when I was just surviving and I had no road map for how I could obtain the peace and ease I so desired. I found peace, harmony, and healing through various energy-healing modalities that powerfully aided in my process of clearing the blockages I was experiencing in my life.

Along the journey, I reawakened dormant soul aspects, established new spiritual practices, learned to maintain a positive mindset, and created healthy behaviors that set me back on my soul's purpose. I found my calling in energy healing and have been working on integrating ancient healing techniques along with my own unique and innate soul gifts.

Seeing people go from surviving to thriving is the most rewarding feeling and my passion, wholeheartedly.

My Philosophy of Energy Healing & Coaching

My approach to energy work is grounded in the belief that healing is not about fixing what is broken — it is about remembering what is whole.

I work with energy in a way that is intuitive, trauma-aware, and sovereignty-centered. Rather than imposing a process or outcome, I create a safe and grounded container where your system can gently release what it is ready to let go of and reintegrate what has been lost, fragmented, or suppressed over time.

Through Shamanic Healing, Usui Reiki, and conscious coaching, I support the clearing of stagnant or heavy energies, the restoration of healthy energetic boundaries, and the reconnection to your inner wisdom. I view energy healing as a partnership — your body, soul, and higher awareness lead the way, and my role is to listen, translate, and facilitate what wants to move.

I do not work from fear, urgency, or force. Healing unfolds in layers, and integration is just as important as the clearing itself. My intention is always to empower you — to help you feel more grounded, more present, and more aligned with your authentic path, both energetically and in your everyday life.
